By placing an order with SteeringMod, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General

SteeringMod is an Australian-based business selling custom and modified steering wheels. All orders are subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

3. Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-built to your specifications. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective or not as described

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Our returns policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5. Shipping

We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally. Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. SteeringMod is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Fitment & Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that any product is compatible with their vehicle before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us prior to purchase. SteeringMod is not liable for any damage or incompatibility resulting from incorrect fitment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SteeringMod's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
